BoneCrushers National Pro Wrestling Training Facility is the Tri-State's oldest and most qualified pro wrestling training facility. As a student at BoneCrushers Pro Wrestling School, your training will include:

  • Cardiovascular Training - You will get into the best wrestling shape possible by preparing your body to wrestle with strong cardiovascular workouts. This can include running, stair machine, weightlifting, and other faster paced exercises.

  • Wrestling - You will get detailed and defined education on all aspects of mat and spot wrestling from the pros. Your training will include learning all of the various holds, spots, and moves in the world of professional wrestling. You will receive individula attention from our instructors when learning each aspect of professional wrestling. Nowhere else will you find the type of attention from instructors like at BoneCrushers.

  • Wrestling ettiquete - You will learn the proper behavior expected of you as a professional wrestler from our instructors. This includes your behaviors both in and out of the ring, how to act when wrestling for our promoters, proper wrestling language, and everything to prepare you to be the best professional wrestler you can be.

  • Wrestling Psychology - You will learn all the aspects of ring psychology and why certain elements of a wrestling match are so vital to the success of that match. You will learn how and why we do everything we do in a wrestling match, and then learn the anatomy of a strong wrestling match.

  • Interviews - You will receive first hand experience in doing a wrestling interview in front of an audience and in front of a camera to prepare you for doing interviews in your pro wrestling career.

  • Wrestling Matches - You will receive actual wrestling matches in the ring against other students of BoneCrushers and other pro wrestlers in the NWF at the school. If and when the instructors feel you are ready to begin wrestling on actual professional wrestling shows, you will receive assistance obtaining bookings in the professional wrestling world.
